Fr. Machado

Fr. Clement Machado was born and raised in Canada.  He was ordained to the Priesthood in 1993 and holds Pontifical degrees in Philosophy and Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome.  Fr. Machado was a Parochial Vicar in Montreal and Parochial Administrator in Ottawa, Canada.  He spent several years in ministry of the sick and dying as hospital chaplain in Ottawa.  Fr. Machado is a member of the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity and was former Vice-Rector of his community's seminary in Rome, Italy.

Fr. Machado is involved with Vatican Radio and has presented a series of television programs on EWTN based on Saint Pio of Pietrelcina and Purgatory.  He has also presented a series on Christian morality for the EWTN radio network.  Fr. Machado has preached on a comprehensive range of topics including: Eucharistic Adoration and Reparation, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Divine Mercy, Our Blessed Mother, St. Joseph, the Angels, the Saints, chastity, modesty in dress, the virtues, the dangers of the New Age and occult practices, mortification, asceticism, mysticism, forgiveness, deliverance, the Love of God and Divine Charity.

Fr. Machado promotes healing of the whole person, body, mind, heart and soul through intercessory prayer and ministry of the Sacramentals and the Sacraments, particularly the Sacraments of the Holy Eucharist and Holy Confession.  He is a powerful and spiritually dynamic preacher who is well grounded and faithful to the morality, spirituality, devotions, teachings, doctrines and traditions of the Roman Catholic Church.

Fr. Machado pursues his international evangelization ministry on five continents through preaching, teaching, retreats, parish missions, conferences, days of recollection, Bible study and healing of the family lineage.  He is currently based in Rome, Italy.
